What
are your shipping fees?
NO shipping fees on orders $50 or more, shipping
is FREE!
For orders $49 or below there is a shipping charge of
$6.50. This is per order, not product. You can have
more than one product being shipped to the same address,
and its still only $6.50. In light of how much the cost
of fuel is, these days, this is still a fantastic deal.
2.
How
long does it take to receive an order?
We ship mostly with UPS. Below is a chart to give you an
idea of how long a shipment will take via UPS.

back to them for repair a day before a holiday, and received

Dynamic Results Return Policy
Your
satisfaction is guaranteed.
Whatever you purchase, we want to give you plenty of
time to make sure you are happy with it. So, examine it,
try it, and use it for a full 90 days. If for any
reason you wish to return it, just ask and we will
refund your money. Period! No questions asked!
So how do you go about returning something?
We as the
retailer of these personal safety products will replace
any defective items. There is a 25% restocking fee for
the return of any non-defective items.
You may
return the defective product back to our warehouse
directly. You need to package the item and address it to
our company name but with our warehouse address (see
sample below). You will need to call us at
1-813-779-0925 or email us at
returns@personalsecurity4u.com for a Return
Merchandise Authorization #. The RMA # must
be written on the outside of the box. There must also be
a note in the box explaining the problem. (Returns
received without a note will result in a longer
processing time.)
Remember, no returns without an RMA number.

Once a return is
received we will determine whether or not, it is
defective and then process your request. Replacements
will be shipped directly back to you just as before.
Refunds will be issued to you or your credit card,
depending on how payment was made. If you wish to have
your refund in the form of credit that is to be used on
your next order, we can do that, if you let us know when
applying for your RMA#. We will e-mail you once the
return has been processed; to inform you of the status
of the return, or you can do Return Tracking by
clicking the link below or by Clicking Here. Dynamic Results does
not pay for shipping on returned items.
